La’Vonne Young is the founder of VDCC AI Solutions, a ministry-focused systems and automation agency dedicated to helping churches stay connected beyond Sunday.
With several years of experience serving in ministry leadership, La’Vonne understands firsthand the demands, pressures, and responsibilities that come with helping a church grow and serve its community. From managing communication to supporting outreach efforts and ensuring visitors felt welcomed, she experienced the ongoing challenge of trying to do everything with limited systems and support.
Like many ministry leaders, she found herself overwhelmed — not by the mission, but by the lack of structure behind it.
She saw how easily visitors could fall through the cracks, how inconsistent communication could impact engagement, and how much time and energy was being spent trying to manage processes manually instead of focusing on people.
That experience became the foundation for something greater.
